Postage

We aim to have every item ordered posted out either same day or next day. If for any reason this cannot happen we will inform the customer, or give prior warning to customer (ie holidays) We send all our items in a bubble mailer (makes it more cost effective without damaging the product) and a box for mutliple discs . We ship with different logistic companies to ensure the best value and quickest delivery. If you item costs under £40.00 this will be shipped 2nd class and will be fully insured. If you item costs over £50.00 it will be shipped via tracked postage. There will be no extra shipping costs for this.

Any orders outside of the UK- In The Chains Shop Ltd cannot be held responsible for any customs or tax charges as a result of getting the package into your destination country.

We independently weigh the discs that arrive so some weights might differ from the stickered/stamped weights, we allow for 5g discrepancy anymore and will advise this is the case on the site. Refunds or returns within the 5g allowance will be accepted but the return postage will need to be paid for by the customer and we advise sending tracked in order to ensure its safety.
