Returns Policy

If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return and it within 30 days of the original order, to get a full refund or exchange the product another product with the same value.

If your order disappears in the post and you have not received it within 30 days of ordering we are more than happy to refund the order. 

If your wish to return an order then you need to make sure that: 
It returns to us in the same condition it was delivered in.
It was purchased from our website or Facebook page.
It is within 30 days of the original purchase.

To receive a refund you will need to either contact us via email ………. Or via our Facebook group ‘In The Chains Shop’

You will need to secure your own postage to return items and we recommend you used tracked delivery to guarantee it arrives. 
Once we receive the items and are satisfied that they are how we sent them to you we will issue a refund. Usually within 5 working days of receiving the item back.

We will refund the amount to the payment method you used to buy the item.
We withhold the right to deny a refund if we find that the customer has acted maliciously or untruthfully.
